Minimum crew is 4. The officers work a 35 hour week from 09-00 to 17-00 and the firefighters work a 31½ hour week from 8-15 to 16-15.
The appliances sit at 45 degree angles in front of the station during landing and take offs except in weather warnings when they go onto the beach.
